This Regulation applies to all users of Burina.NET hosting services and aims to define the basic rules of business conduct and to prevent illegal activities or possible abuse of Burina.NET servers, while respecting freedom of speech and expression unless it is harmful to others, protect the integrity and privacy of users, as well as ensuring the safety and network reliability.
Burina.NET does not check the data on the owner of the leased services: the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, user names and passwords. If this information is given to a third party, or you give away the access to your e-mail address, you are responsible for the consequences that you might have in case of an unauthorized change or deletion of your Web site contents, as well as the loss of the received or saved emails.
Responsibility for the registered domain falls on the organization that requires the domain registration. By requesting the registration of .RS and .СРБ ccTLD domain names, you acknowledge that you are familiar and in agreement with General Terms and Conditions for the Registration of National Internet Domain Names issued by Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS). Registration of names protected by law (trademarks) also falls on the organization. Any dispute over the domain names with the organization that lays claim to a trademark (stamp) must be resolved through the regular court (document RFC 1591).

All Burina.NET Web Hosting offers include 30 days for a refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount within the specified time. The request for refund must be sent by e-mail to the following address: sales@burina.net and is valid only when you get a confirmation that the message was received. Cancellation of service by the phone is not permitted. Also, no refund will be made if the service is suspended or terminated for violation of the provisions of this Regulation.
The services and hosting plans ordered for the customer from third parties and upstream providers are not subject to this clause.
In case of refund to the customer who has made the payment by credit card, partially or in full, Burina.NET is obliged to make the refund only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro method of payment, which means that on merchant request the bank will make the refund to the cardholder's account.
Funds in the user's account achieved either by refill or referral program are non-refundable and are not paid out in cash. These funds can be used to pay for services and hosting plans in our offer.

Unacceptable or illegal activities when using the hosting services include the following:
In case of the service abuse, after the offense is thoroughly reviewed and determined, Burina.NET has the right to take appropriate measures, including the charge of administrative costs and user reactivation services, as well as to take legal action against the user and file the request for damages;
Burina.NET will make the relevant information available to the competent authorities, if there is a legal obligation. Also, Burina.NET will cooperate with the competent investigating authorities, in the event of allegations of illegal use of hosting services;
Burina.NET will not monitor users activities in order to make sure that they respect the rules of conduct. The user is obliged to cooperate in taking preventive and corrective actions to prevent violations of the Code of Conduct;
In case the lawful owner of the Burina.NET system is on trial for abuse made by the user, the user will be required to fully pay the compensation of damage, tangible and intangible, caused by illicit behavior.
Burina.NET will not unnecessarily exert control of users activity on the Internet because it would mean a violation of the right to privacy. It is therefore essential that any breach of the Regulations be reported. The application can be sent to: abuse@burina.net
Despite all the implemented protection measures, which greatly reduces the risks of this kind, Burina.NET can not take any responsibility for any damage caused by viruses that reach your computer or network via e-mail, FTP, HTTP and other protocols for the electronic data transfer.
The backup of the whole Burina.NET shared hosting platform is done daily. However, the standard hosting plans do not provide a guarantee for a successful recovery of the data that you accidentally altered, damaged or deleted in any other way. We therefore recommend that you always keep an updated copy of your data on your own storage, and that you make regular backups of dynamic content and databases. Burina.NET will in most cases be able to help you to recover altered or deleted data, but, once again, we can not provide you with a solid warranty nor can we take any responsibility for the lost data!
